Let this video guide you through sharing application packages.  In-depth instructions are below.


1. To invite parties into an application package, you must first enter a full name and email address in the Deal Parties section.


2. In Requirements, locate Sharing & Permissions to see list of Deal Parties. Selectbeside the invitee's name to start.


3. Choose one of the two options given:*

:: Share All Requirements with the selected individual

:: Select Requirements to Share to see the Requirements list to select specific sections



Once you've chosen which requirements to share, click the Send button to send an email notification to the participant inviting them to join the package and providing a link to create a password for their account.




Note: You don't have to share requirements to assign fees to someone listed as a Deal Party.


Thebeside the invitee's name will become orange indicating that the package has been shared.


change permissions

To make changes, use the same method, then select Save. The invitee's permissions will automatically reflect the changes when saved.


remove access

Remove access by selecting Remove Share in the same area.


Note: You must enter AT LEAST a full name and email address in the Deal Parties for names to appear in the Sharing & Permissions section.


*If you are inviting an Agent, these options will not appear; agents by default are able to access all Requirements.
