digital submission fee
There is a $65 Digital Submission Fee due upon submission of each completed purchase, lease or sublease package for all Applicants. The Digital Submission Fee for lease renewal and transfer packages is $45, due upon submission. (Dependent upon property management of the building, this fee may be covered for you.)
