For all users, the zip code on your billing statement must match the zip code you enter into BoardPackager to pass our anti-fraud settings. If it does not, your payment will be rejected. 

For Users Who Are Not Based in the United States

If you are a user who is based outside the U.S.A., this anti-fraud setting may cause your card to be rejected by our system.

In cases such as this, we suggest the following:

• Confirm with your bank that the postal code you are entering matches the postal code the bank has on file for that card.
