Multi-Factor Authentication, MFA, is a common login requirement to add additional security to your account.

It requires the use of a small app downloaded to your phone called Google Authenticator.  When you activate MFA, you will need to refer to the Authenticator app for the current provided code so that you could enter your account on BoardPackager.

To activate Multi-Factor Authentication, go to the My Account section, link located at the top right of your screen when logged in.

• Select the Privacy tab.

 Click on the check box for Require 2 Factor Authentication for Log In. 

 Click on the Update button to save your new setting.

 Proceed to follow the instructions for downloading the Google Authenticator app onto your phone and setting it up for your account
