Under special circumstances, such as a family transfer of property, Property Management companies may waive certain fees involved with an application. If you feel a waiver code is appropriate for a special circumstance, you must reach out to the Property Contact listed on the Property page. 

Please note: Only the Package Creator or Real Estate Agents of the deal may enter in these codes.

If you receive a waiver code:

:: Go to the 3. Fees/Submit section of the package

:: Click the Building Waiver Code button below the Assign Fees table

:: Enter the code, then Apply Code. 

 A confirmation screen will confirm the appropriate fee has been waived.
