Under special circumstances, such as a family transfer of property, Property Management companies may waive certain fees involved with an application on a case-by-case basis. If you feel a waiver code is appropriate for a special circumstance, you must reach out to the Property Contact listed on the Building page of the property to which you are applying.
Waiver codes need to be entered prior to assigning out fees to participants.
Only the Package Creator or Agent(s) of the deal may enter in these codes as necessary.
Building Waiver Code
If your circumstances do qualify for a waiver code:
• Select Building Waiver Code below the Assignable Fees table on the Fees/Submit tab within the appropriate application package.
• Enter the code you received from the Property Contact in the field provided and select Apply Code.
• You'll see a confirmation screen that the appropriate fee will be waived.
Please note: BoardPackager is unable to generate waiver codes. Requests should be made to the Property Contact at the management company of the building to which you are applying.
