When logged into your account, your current application packages will be displayed at the bottom of your Dashboard.
To start a new application, search for the address in the search bar on your dashboard or from within the Properties tab. Select "Apply Online" next to the appropriate application on the property page.

Once you've opened a package, you'll be in the Deal Parties section, where you can enter deal party information. Remember to enter a deal participant's email address if you plan on inviting that person into the application—avoid using the same email twice. Always Save your work.
requirements
In the Requirement section, you'll find the Sharing & Permissions area on the right side, listing the names of parties added in the Deal Parties section. Invite participants into your application package from here.
This section also contains all application forms. Please refer to our form editing article for more guidance in filling out forms.
When all participants have completed the forms in the Requirements section, mark each as Finished by selecting the Reviewing toggle—it will become "Finished." Agents can prevent non-agent parties from further editing by marking Requirements as Finished.
After all sections are Finished, you'll be prompted to Generate Package, creating a preview of the entire application package file.
fees/submit
fees
Assign and/or authorize fees here. Deal participants must be invited into the application package before fees can be assigned. You do not have to wait until the application package has been completed.
submit
Once the package is generated, and after all fees are authorized, click the "Submit to Package Processors" button in the Fees/Submit section. The package will then be sent to the property manager's account for review.
